This is case of very sever oligopsremia (low sperm count almost negligible ) caused by a condition known as varicoele . which is considered surgical case (though studies has shown unsatisfactory response from surgery . This low sperm count is reason behind Infertility . this case was cured with Homeopathy and semen count improved to normal level .
